Hi Everybody.

I am looking forward to meeting all of the faces behind the email addresses that have gone back and forth for the last 6 weeks. Thanks to everyone who has sent me their information and for being so prompt. There will be a separate line at Friday’s registration for those of you who have mailed everything in and are just picking up your registration packet. You should be in and our quickly, unfortunately, you still have to come to registration on Friday and get your requirement certificate and registration package.

Please check out the tournament website http://winchestersoccer.org/vet/ maps and schedule changes are happening all the time, so please, check the website frequently. There is info and a FAQ that may answer some of your questions. Before you call or email questions, please look them up, there is some really great information there….a map which shows where each individual field is on the larger fields will be posted shortly….good stuff happening all of the time

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

WHEN: Friday Night, November 16th

WHERE: Skillings Field Tent, Skillings Road, Winchester, MA

TIME: 6:00pm to 8:00 pm

BRING: Certified Rosters, Medical Release Forms (only if you have not mailed them already)

WHO: One representative from each team must be present on Friday (coach, team parent, or team manager)

**It is not necessary to bring your whole team**

At registration, you will receive a certificate that states that you have met your obligations for registration, the certificate will be checked on Saturday before each game by the referee. Please realize that each team is expected to be represented on Friday evening. I understand that it is tough to get there….but to make this work with the number of teams that we have, we must have registration on Friday leaving the weekend to enjoy the games.
