Schedule:
Will be posted by Friday, November 10th
Team Check in:
All teams are requested to check in Friday night at the control tent at Skillings Field from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm. Teams traveling from a distance can check in at the control tent at Skillings Field one hour prior to their first game.
1. Copy of tournament roster, signed by a league official to verify all players are MYSA registered through their respective clubs. MYSA registration is required for every player taking part in this tournament, as it is the MYSA insurance which covers all players. There will be NO waivers for this requirement. Club officials who sign rosters take full responsibility for each player’s active and current MYSA registration.
2. Medical release forms for each player, downloadable see below. Each player must provide a copy of a signed medical release form. The forms should accompany the roster for verification. Players will be disallowed the opportunity to play if they do not have this form
3. If any team owes money for registration fees, balances are due and payable prior to playing in the first game.
Preparation and Notes:
Coaches should please note the following details regarding games, players and preparations:
1. We allow players to wear pants, gloves and hats. Every item must be player safe (no baseball hats, only warm skull caps, no buttons or hooks on gloves, no hard buckles or belts on pants)
2. All games are 25 minute halves, with a 5 minute half time. All games start on the hour and end at 55 minutes past the hour, even if the second half must be shortened.
3. Coaches should bring a set of pinnies with them in the event of team shirts being of similar color. ("Home" team must wear pinnies.)
4. Coaches are asked to remind players to pick up after themselves at the end of each game. There are plenty of barrels around the fields to be used for drink bottles and other debris. Each team was supplied with trash bags with their registration packet.
5. Please remind players to bring home everything that they have brought to the field, as we often end up with an incredible mound of lost and found items.
