then one hour before your first game, still on Skillings.

players.

A: Answer under development.
Q: Are there photographers?
A: Not yet. Still under development.
ROSTERS
Q: What is a "Tournament Roster" or "Certified Roster"?
A: This is proof of some kind that all of your players are currently
MYSA registered through the player's club. This may be multiple team rosters
from a league or your club. You may also bring a
single listing (Excel) signed by an official of your club that says all
are MYSA registered. Club officials who sign rosters take full responsibility
for each player's active and current MYSA registration.
Q: My team is made up of players from two teams. How do I get this
"Tournament Roster" or "Certified Roster"?
A: Bring all applicable regular season rosters, signed by a league or
club official showing they're MYSA registered. If you don't have a "regular
season roster" then you can use the WSC-Tournament-Roster.xls
form and have it signed by your club's registrar indicating that all players
listed are MYSA insured.
Q: May we still add a player to the tournament roster?
A: You may add players up until check-in, as long as the roster or
rosters containing a club or league official's signature include that player,
indicating that the player is covered by MYSA insurance,
Q: Do I need a birth certificate for every player?
A: No, you don't need birth certificates for anybody as long as you
have evidence that the players are all MYSA registered.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS
Q: I have a medical release form from MYSA. May we use this form or do
we have to fill out your form from the web site?
A: Please use the Winchester Tournament form. It addresses not only the
possibility of consent for treatment in the event of a necessary medical
procedure, but an attempt by WSC to request a release for WSC, its officers and
the Town of Winchester in the event of an accident.
Q: We're a Winchester team, do we still need the Tournament release
form?
A: Yes. You should have the signed medical release form for each player.
It's not the same as the regular season 'release.'
GENERAL
Q: I got mail about the Tournament, but we didn't register. Are you
assuming we're playing?
A: No, each team must register. We send notices to the tournament
mailing list and not just to the people who register, as there are often more
people interested. Perhaps you are on the mailing list from last season.
Q: I need info on schedules, etc., but my assistant coach did the
registration and so he gets the e-mails. Can you add me to the list?
A: You can add yourself. Please go to the Veterans Day Tournament web
page or Here
and enter your e-mail address.
